The Pools have been completed hope this will save us some money on the water bills. See
"Pix Swimming Pools" for photos before and after. Lately we have problems with the water used for watering the ground it smels like a sewer and were told that the system was having problems. I have tried to find out about the Desal plant but no one seems to know what is happening at this time. We have asked our president but was told Francisco Silva ,the manager of the hotel ,is the only one who is dealing with this suitation. After the recent storm things have still not been cleaned up the sidewalks between Phase I and II still have sand over them and bags of sands you have to craw over. Who should clean this up , I really do not know . Do we clean up 1/2 and Phase II thier half??? One would think after 3 weeks someone would.
Some new lights are being installed along the walkways. This was necessary so the hotel could get or maintain their rating., this was discussed in the last Board Meeting in May. But the old ones were rusty and looking in poor shape.
There will be a Board Meeting November 11 here at Casa Del Mar, Any owner can attend , that will be the last meeting of the year until our General assembly meeting and election in March.
Now is the time to nominate officers for next year see Sally's letter . We should not only just enjoy this place but we could use some new blood in the Board of Directors and Officers. Some of the same people have devoted much of their time for the benefit of all of us. Maybe it is time to give them a break and step up to the plate your self.
I have placed a few emergercy numbers, maybe some of you could submit some more to be included such as Doctors and Dentist in Cabo and San Jose del Cabo.
We could also collect favorites...restaurants, beauty parlors, caters, mechanics, etc. (Good or Bad recommedations)
