Monthly update
Dear CDM Homeowners,
We are pleased to give you an update as to this years progress at CDM.
The elevator project has been completed and was done within budget. Many
have commented on how nice the outcome has been, and most agree that the job
was done as to make the final product look as if it was part of the original
structure and not an add on.
The three pools are now completed. There was a slight delay on the main
pool (approximately one week) due to structural defects that were found
after the tile was removed. It became obvious why the pools were leaking so
badly all this time. The structural repairs were done by the contractor at
no additional cost and he will guarantee the results for the future. I am
sure most will agree that the new pools update the look of CDM.
We regret there has been no further progress on the desalt plant. As soon
as we have information we will update the homeowners.
The next Board meeting date has been changed to Nov 13th at 8am in the
library.
As always if you have any suggestions that you would like the Board to
consider please pass that information on to one of the Board members.
In closing we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the
homeowners for making CDM the beautiful complex it truly is.
